Bram Timmer is a Dutch–Canadian creative director, designer, producer, and entrepreneur based in Calgary, Canada. He began his career in the late 1990s as a graphic designer and digital artist, working with advertising agencies including FCB and Euro RSCG, now Havas. His early work spanned graphic design, animation, interactive media, and Flash during the rise of the digital creative era.

His work within the emerging digital design community led to involvement with publications and platforms including Digital Abstracts, Digital Softbox, and Ventilate, as well as creative work for FITC events in cities including Toronto, New York, Amsterdam, Seoul, and Hollywood. His work and perspective have since appeared in publications and media including CBC, CTV, Playback, Advanced Photoshop, Digital Photographer, Design Taxi, The Webby Awards’ Crafted with Code, and several design books.

In 2012, Timmer founded Wild Forest, an independent creative production company spanning design, digital experiences, film, television, and experiential work. In 2014, he founded CAMP, an organization bringing together artists, designers, filmmakers, and technologists through conferences, workshops, and a roundtable talkshow. CAMP was later acquired by FITC. He has also worked as a producer, advisor, speaker, and juror for organizations including the Canada Council for the Arts, Adobe, CreativeMornings, and the City of Calgary.

Over the span of his career, Timmer has worked with a wide range of global clients and institutions, including Apple, NBA, NFL, Mastercard, Citi, TD, Hewlett-Packard, Ricoh, Unilever, SC Johnson, Yale University, the National Film Board of Canada, the U.S. State Department, and the New York City Mayor’s Office.

His work has been recognized by organizations including the Webby Awards, Applied Arts, Awwwards, FWA, CSS Design Awards, Communicator Awards, and FITC Awards.
